Optimizacija postupka obrade taline AlSi12 legure

Na zahtjev tvrthe Proizvodnja OSO provedeno je ispitivanje uzoraka aluminijske legure AlSi12 u različitim fazama obrade taline. Ispitivanja su obuhvatila proračun slijeda skrućivanja primjenom Thermo-Calc programskog paketa, izračun faktora gustoće te metalografsku analizu.

In this study, nickel-coated graphene nanoplatelets reinforced AlSi12 precursor materials were produced by powder metallurgy method. For this process, Ni-GNP particles were added to the matrix material AlSi12 powders at different ratios (0%, 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2% by weight).

The Production and Subsequent Selective Laser Melting of AlSi12 Powder

The paper studies the atomization of Al-based alloy AlSi12 in gas jet. Air was used as a spraying gas. The size and shape of powder particles were studied by using scanning electron microscopy and optical granulomorphometer. The obtained powder was used in selective laser melting.

The effects of modification and vibration during solidification of Aluminum-Silicon eutectic alloy (AlSi12) are studied and compared with unmodified alloy. Sodium and Strontium are used as modifiers. Mechanical properties of electron-beam-melted AlSi12 surface layers

The melting parameters for an AlSi12 alloy, which lead to surface-melted layers with constant melting depth and smooth surface have been discovered using the electron beam melting technique. The main mechanical properties of the melted layer were determined with different testing methods, which were adapted for this specific use.

Impact of modification and wall thickness on the properties of AlSi12 alloy

The effect of sodium and strontium modification and the wall thickness on solidification, microstructure and mechanical properties of eutectic AlSi12 alloy were analysed. Modification of eutectic (αAl+βSi) leads to transformation of eutectic βSi phase morphology, from coarse lamellar to fine fibrous, in order to improve mechanical properties.

Laser welding of ALSI12 and S355 with a 10 kW single mode fiber laser

In this study, fast welding of an aluminum alloy AlSi12 and a structural steel S355 was investigated using a single mode fiber laser system delivering a maximum laser power of 10 kW with a laser beam quality of M² = 2. The laser beam was focused with a welding head OL YW50 F500 HQ from Precitec GmbH & Co.
