Scalable Stochastic Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers
Stochastic alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM), which visits only one sample or a mini-batch of samples each time, has recently been proved to achieve better performance than batch ADMM. However, most stochastic methods can only achieve a convergence rate $O(1/\sqrt T)$ on general convex problems, where T is the number of iterations ...

Magnetic Control of Chiral Hybridized Phonon Magnetic Moments in Ferrimagnets Fe2‐xZnxMo3O8
Helicity‐resolved magneto‐Raman spectroscopy reveals magnetic control of chiral phonon magnetic moments in polar ferrimagnet (ZnxFe2−xMo3O₈). Large spontaneous zero‐field phonon splittings, selective phonon–magnon coupling, and asymmetric Zeeman responses demonstrate that phonon chirality is governed by magnon‐phonon coupling and magnetization.

A Block Alternating Optimization Method for Direction-of-Arrival Estimation With Nested Array
In this paper, direction-of-arrival estimation using nested array is studied in the framework of sparse signal representation. With the vectorization operator, a new real-valued non-negative sparse signal recovery model, which has a wider virtual array ...

Fast Stochastic Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers
In this paper, we propose a new stochastic alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) algorithm, which incrementally approximates the full gradient in the linearized ADMM formulation. Besides having a low per-iteration complexity as existing stochastic ADMM algorithms, the proposed algorithm improves the convergence rate on convex problems from

In this strategy, a conductive nano‐probe is employed to induce nanoscale phase transitions and map the nanoscale conductivity and trap density of GST films. By utilizing the contrasting properties of phase‐change states, nano‐resonators are fabricated that exhibit plasmonic conduction and dramatically different transport characteristics.

A chiral photodetector capable of selectively distinguishing left‐ and right‐handed circularly polarized light is experimentally demonstrated. The device, which features a nanopatterned electrode inverse‐designed by a genetic algorithm within a metal–dielectric–metal nanocavity that incorporates a vacuum‐deposited small‐molecule multilayer, exhibits ...

Ferroelectricity in Antiferromagnetic Wurtzite Nitrides
We establish MnSiN2${\rm MnSiN}_2$ and MnGeN2${\rm MnGeN}_2$ as aristotypes of a new multiferroic wurtzite family that simultaneously exhibits ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetism with altermagnetic spin splitting. By strategically substituting alkaline‐earth metals, we predict new materials with coexisting switchable polarization, spin texture, and
