Preparation of Metal Nitride Particles Using Arc Discharge in Liquid Nitrogen
A simple process to synthesize metal nitride particles was proposed using submerged arc discharge plasma in liquid nitrogen. Gibbs standard free energy was considered for the selection of the nitride-forming materials.
