Abstract Based on morphological evidence and DNA sequencing, we propose three new species of the genus Amanita, namely Amanita aurantialba, A. indovaginata and A. pseudohemibapha from India. The second part of the preliminary checklist of Agaricales from Croatia is given. It comprises the families Agaricaceae, Amanitaceae, Cortinari-aceae and Hygro-phoraceae. 244 species belonging to 21 genera are presented. One genus and 38 species are reported for the first time from Croatia.
