Stability and convergence of amarts in Fréchet spaces

Acta Mathematica Hungarica, 1985
The author studies the structure and convergence properties of amarts consisting of random variables or countably additive set functions taking their values in a Fréchet space \({\mathbb{E}}\). In particular, amarts of countably additive set functions are characterized in terms of the difference property, the Riesz decomposition, and the existence of a

Conditional Semiamarts and Conditional Amarts

1987
In this note we give definition and basic properties of conditional amarts and conditional semiamarts. The aim of this note is to prove almost surely (a.s.) convergence theorem for conditional amarts. Moreover, in special cases we obtain a characterization of almost sure convergence in terms of weak convergence and the classical amart convergence ...

Summability and amarts of finite order in Fréchet spaces

Acta Mathematica Hungarica, 1988
Vector-valued asymptotic martingales (amarts) in locally convex spaces are studied, especially amarts of finite order are extended to Fréchet spaces. This concept yields a new characterization of absolutely summing operators in Fréchet spaces and together with results of A. Pietsch a new characterization of nuclear Fréchet spaces.
