MDM2-Mediated p21 Proteasomal Degradation Promotes Fluoride Toxicity in Ameloblasts
Fluoride overexposure is an environmental health hazard and can cause enamel and skeletal fluorosis. Previously we demonstrated that fluoride increased acetylated-p53 and its downstream target p21 in ameloblast-derived LS8 cells. However, p21 function in

Evaluation of the performance of ChatGPT‐4 and ChatGPT‐4o as a learning tool in endodontics
Abstract Aims The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy and consistency of responses given by two different versions of Chat Generative Pre‐trained Transformer (ChatGPT), ChatGPT‐4, and ChatGPT‐4o, to multiple‐choice questions prepared from undergraduate endodontic education topics at different times of the day and on different days ...

p75NTR Promotes Circadian‐Driven Mineralization During Tooth Development via CK2/PER2 Pathway
The diagram illustrates how the circadian rhythm regulates the p75NTR‐CK2‐PER2 axis, driving rhythmic biomineralisation during tooth development. ABSTRACT Circadian rhythm is an essential biological process that synchronises physiological activities with environmental light/dark cycles.

Molar‐Incisor Hypomineralisation in Children: The Essential Role of Paediatricians
ABSTRACT Aim Molar‐incisor hypomineralisation is a developmental enamel defect characterised by lower mineral content in the tooth's outer layer, discoloured and structurally fragile teeth that are more prone to sensitivity, breakdown and caries. This review aims to summarise current knowledge on molar‐incisor hypomineralisation and highlight key ...

Ameloblastic carcinoma of maxilla
Ameloblastic carcinoma (AC) is a rare malignant lesion with characteristic histologic features and clinical behavior that dictates a more aggressive surgical approach than that of a simple ameloblastoma. The tumor cells resemble the cells seen in ameloblastoma, but they show cytologic atypia.

EXPRESSION OF OD314 DURING AMELOBLAST DIFFERENTIATION AND MATURATION
