Recent Advances in Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ubiquitous defects predominately account for photo‐instability and open‐circuit voltage losses in wide‐bandgap perovskite solar cells (WBG PSCs). This review comprehensively presents the underlying impact mechanisms, summarizes the advanced optimization strategies across various functional layers and their interfaces to develop efficient and stable WBG

Biomimetic Dynamics of Nanoscale Groove and Ridge Topography for Stem Cell Regulation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Dynamic nanoscale groove‐ridge structures are engineered by flexibly conjugating RGD‐magnetic nanoparticles to nanogroove templates with variable groove widths at the molecular scale. Magnetic control enables cyclic switching between nanoscale groove and ridge states that modulates ligand accessibility of cellular integrins.

NH-rich organic compounds from the carbonaceous asteroid (162173) Ryugu: nanoscale spectral and isotopic characterizations [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
The detection of spectral bands at 3.06 um by MicrOmega, combined with the chemical identification of other NH-containing organic molecules in Ryugu samples, suggests the presence of potential NH-bearing compounds. However, the chemical forms of these NH-rich compounds, whether associated with N-rich organics, ammonium (NH4+) salts, NH4 or NH-organics ...

A Multifunctional Binder for Current‐Collector‐Free Zn Powder Anodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
By introducing abundant polar groups as Zn2+ absorption sites and hydrogen bond arrays, a protein structure‐derived binder for ZP anode and iodine cathode is proposed. This design can regulate the Zn2+ flux, benefit the formation of free‐standing electrode, inhibit the side reactions, suppress the shuttle effect of polyiodides, and enable the large ...
