Acetoacetates Derived From Vegetable Oils: A Platform for Tailor‐Made Vinylogous Urethane Foams
A renewable vegetable oil is converted into acetoacetate‐functionalized precursors for the preparation of catalyst‐free vinylogous urethane foams. Room‐temperature foaming with n‐pentane generates lightweight cellular materials, while the choice of amine enables control over foam structure and mechanical properties.

Symmetrical and unsymmetrical α,ω-nucleobase amide-conjugated systems
We present the synthesis and selected physicochemical properties of several novel symmetrical and unsymmetrical α,ω-nucleobase mono- and bis-amide conjugated systems containing aliphatic, aromatic or saccharidic linkages. The final stage of the synthesis

Photo‐Switchable Molecular Module Programming PET Biodegradation in Aquatic Environments
We address the plastic durability paradox by integrating an itaconic acid–derived pyrrolidone module into polymer backbones. Sunlight in water triggers Norrish Type I ring‐opening and hydrophilization, enabling rapid biodegradation into nontoxic minerals.

The collagen nanofiber (CNF) gel supports cancer cell culture, exhibiting cell morphology and cancer‐related protein expression similar to Matrigel. It offers a higher collagen concentration than commercial gels. Additionally, the CNF gel allows replication of the high elasticity of in vivo cancer tissue by controlling collagen fiber sizes, ranging ...
