This study elucidates a novel SlJAZ8‐SlWRKY57‐SlAVT6A/SlAVT6B module that effectively channels metabolic flux from primary to secondary metabolism, impacting plant growth, development, and resistance. Two novel vacuolar amino acid exporters, SlAVT6A and SlAVT6B, fine‐tunes trichomes, terpenes, and gibberellins, bolstering spider mite resistance.

Heterointerface‐Modulated Synthetic Synapses Exhibiting Complex Multiscale Plasticity
An asymmetric dual‐gate heterointerface‐regulated artificial synapse (HRAS) is developed, employing distinct ion concentrations and dielectric coupling to form precise dual‐interface channels. Through lateral modulation, HRAS realizes, for the first time, the intricate interplay of lateral inhibition/enhancement and multi‐level short‐ and long‐term ...

This work identifies a novel mechanism by which dopamine D1 receptor (DRD1) contributes to the pathogenesis of glucocorticoid (GC)‐associated osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) through the regulation of osteoblastic apoptosis, indicating that DRD1 serves as a critical mediator of the crosstalk between the nervous and skeletal systems.

Absinthe and γ-aminobutyric acid receptors [PDF]
Absinthe is an emerald-green liqueur that achieved fantastic popularity at the close of the 19th century. It was associated with the Bohemian lifestyle and was credited with the inspiration of famous artists and poets (1, 2). Because of its widespread abuse and the associated toxicity of its content of oil of wormwood, absinthe was made illegal in most

Covalent organic framework (COF)‐reuterin induces trained immunity in tumor‐associated macrophages, promoting the generation of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species, thereby enhancing the antitumor immune response. Additionally, COF‐Reuterin directly kills tumor cells while simultaneously eradicating pathogenic intratumoural bacteria.

A wireless‐charging sustained oxygen release from conductive microgels (SOCO) served as an antenna and an on‐demand O2 release for nerve regeneration is developed. Introducing “electromagnetic messenger”, using external alternating magnetic field (AMF) to enhance catalytic oxygen release and electrical stimulation to promote the reconstruction of blood

Acrylamide neurotoxicity on the cerebrum of weaning rats
The mechanism underlying acrylamide-induced neurotoxicity remains controversial. Previous studies have focused on acrylamide-induced toxicity in adult rodents, but neurotoxicity in weaning rats has not been investigated.

Base editing enables precise nucleotide substitutions but limited by bystander editing. This study engineers plant base editors by fusing optimized TadA variants with PAM‐flexible SpRY nickase, enabling A‐to‐G, C‐to‐T, and dual‐base conversions in a highly condensed window (≤3 nucleotides). Additionally, TadDBE (TadA Dual‐Base Editor)‐mediated directed
