T‐Shaped Stibenium(III) Cation: Hydrostibination Without Sb─H Bond
A cationic, structurally constrained stibenium platform mediates anti‐Markovnikov hydrostibination of alkenes via element–ligand cooperativity (ELC), thereby bypassing the need for weak Sb─H bonds. ABSTRACT The hydrostibination of alkenes represents a largely underdeveloped transformation, owing to the intrinsic lability of the required Sb─H reagents ...

Determination of ionization constants for some aromatic Schiff base acids derived from a benzyl compound with aromatic amines [PDF]
The paper is concerned with the preparation and determination o'f pKa for four acidic Schiff bases from the reaction of benzil with other appropriate aromatic primary amines as o,m,p-aminophenols and 4-amino-2-hydroxybenzoic acid.

o-Aminophenol in Experimental Tuberculosis [PDF]
IN 1948 Okamoto1 reported that o-aminophenol showed a tuberculostatic effect both in vitro and in vivo (in guinea pigs). He also referred to favourable progress when this drug was used clinically in pulmonary tuberculosis. In the course of a study of the chemotherapy of experimental tuberculosis, we have included o-aminophenol in our tests.

Cationic cobalt-catalyzed [1,3]-rearrangement of N-alkoxycarbonyloxyanilines
A cationic cobalt catalyst efficiently promoted the reaction of N-alkoxycarbonyloxyanilines at 30 °C, affording the corresponding ortho-aminophenols in good to high yields.

Chiral plasmonic printing uses CPL as a chiral stimulus to guide asymmetric Ag deposition on chiral Au NRs seeds. Under CPL, hot carriers reduce Ag+, and the process is controlled by both the CPL handedness and the chiral SPR. L‐dc Au generates more hot electrons under LCP than RCP, while D‐dc Au shows the opposite, revealing chiral photon‐selective ...
