The determination of silicon in ammonium oxalate extracts of soils
Communications in Soil Science and Plant Analysis, 1984Abstract A method has been developed to determine silicon spectrophotometrically in ammonium oxalate extracts of soils. Analysis of these extracts from a range of soils showed the method to be reproducible and accurate and to have a lower detection limit than conventional flame atomic absorption measurement.

Photodecomposition of ammonium oxalate
The Journal of Physical Chemistry, 1976The ultraviolet induced photodecomposition of ammonium oxalate has been studied. The rate-time plots show an initial deceleration region which leads to a final constant value. The intensity dependence of the photorate can be represented by an equation of the type R = AI + BP.

Incomplete decomposition of ammonium oxalate
Combustion and Flame, 1975Abstract The thermal decomposition of ammonium oxalate monohydrate is investigated in the temperature range 105 – 130°C and found to be a case of incomplete decomposition. The activation energy is found to be 21.04 kcal. mole −1 . The effects of precompression, doping with PO 4 3− and Cl − ions, particle size and aging on the thermal decomposition

Complex compounds of thorium oxalate with ammonium oxalate
Proceedings of the Indian Academy of Sciences - Section A, 1958The system thorium oxalate-ammonium oxalate-water has been investigated by physico-chemical methods. A new procedure is adopted in preparing the solution for these studies by the mono-variation method. Data have been presented to prove the existence of two complexes in solution from measurements of electrical resistance, pH and relative viscosity.
