A new species of Amorphophallus (Araceae) from Thailand (Kanchanaburi Province)
Aroideana : Journal of the International Aroid Society, 2019A new species of Amorphophallus from Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand is described. The new species is compared to its nearest relatives and differences and similarities are discussed.

Amorphophallus bonaccordensis, a new species of Araceae from India
1994Amorphophallus bonaccordensis, a new species belonging to Amorphophallus sect. Rhaphiophallus of the family Araceae, is described from India. The section is characterized by the presence of a zone of neuter flowers between the pistillate and staminate zones.

Aplosonyx amorphophallus, a new species of chrysomelid beetle of the subfamily Galerucinae is described and illustrated from Timor, Indonesia. An aroid plant, Amorphophallus muelleri Blume, is identified as the host plant. Live specimens of the new species are shiny bright yellow, whereas dried preserved specimens are dull, brownish, or yellowish.
