Strength through diversity: how cancers thrive when clones cooperate
Intratumor heterogeneity can offer direct benefits to the tumor through cooperation between different clones. In this review, Kuiken et al. discuss existing evidence for clonal cooperativity to identify overarching principles, and highlight how novel technological developments could address remaining open questions.

Interference Channel With Full-Duplex Amplify-and-Forward Transmitter Cooperations
This paper considers a Gaussian interference channel (IC), where two transmitters send two messages to two receivers respectively. By utilizing the in-band full-duplex (FD) amplify-and-forward (AF) scheme, transmitter cooperations are deployed to enhance

Amplify and Forward Relaying Systems for Collocated Antennas
Cooperative relaying for a system that consists of different configurations of a collocated and uniform linear antenna is analyzed. The amplify-and-forward relaying (AF) and selection combining (S-AF) schemes based on maximal ratio combining (MRC) method for single- and multi-relay are investigated.

Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction
This is one of very few studies that used prediagnostic blood samples from participants of two large population‐based cohorts. We identified, evaluated, and validated an innovative protein marker model that outperformed an established risk prediction model and criteria employed by low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening trials.

SINR Maximizing Beamforming Schemes for the Full Duplex Amplify-and-Forward Relay Channel
We propose signal-to-interference-plus-noise power ratio (SINR) maximizing rank one beamforming schemes for the full-duplex (FD) relay systems. The non-regenerative amplify and forward (AaF) relay is considered with multiple transmit antennas and ...

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Amplify-and-Forward Virtual Full-Duplex Relaying-Based Cooperative NOMA
This letter studies the performance of a virtual full-duplex relaying technique in cooperative non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA)-based systems. In particular, two half-duplex amplify-and-forward relays imitate the operation of full-duplex relaying in
