Impact of Rehydration Following Systemic Dehydration on Vocal Fold Gene Expression

The expression of a set of genes in rabbit vocal folds was altered by systemic dehydration and rehydration. The gene expression following rehydration had a similar pattern to the control euhydrated condition. Objective Biological data on the beneficial effects of vocal fold rehydration are lacking.
