Saccharomyces cerevisiae‐Fermented Salmon Placental Protein Inhibits Muscle Loss in a Mouse Model of Sarcopenia

Saccharomyces cerevisiae ‐based fermentation significantly increases the branched‐chain amino acid (BCAA) levels in salmon placental protein fourfold. In cell and animal models, F‐Sal improves muscle function and promotes muscle‐forming gene expression.
