Dual‐Organelle Secretome Conjugation and Organ‐Uptake Tracking (DuO‐SCOUT) Enables Deep and Sensitive Mapping of the Secreted Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel dual‐organelle proximity labeling platform, DuO‐SCOUT, decodes the complex landscape of systemic organ‐organ communication by capturing both classical and unconventional secretomes. Application in metabolic models maps the adipose‐to‐brain secretory relay, identifying selective extra‐hypothalamic sites for adipose‐derived factors and expanding ...

Oligosaccharides With Defined Glycosidic Bonds Shape Gut Microbial Succession and Metabolism Via Bond‐Specific Microbial Responders

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Oligosaccharides with defined glycosidic bonds drive divergent gut microbial succession and shape unique metabolic profiles. Absolute time‐series profiling with Bayesian generalized Lotka–Volterra modeling identifies bond‐specific microbial responders, while monoculture validation and metaproteomics reveal linkage‐matched transport and cleavage modules.

MXene‐Based Room‐Temperature NO2 Gas Sensors: A Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents the first comprehensive meta‐analysis of MXene‐based NO2 sensors, decoding 32 study characteristics across 61 peer‐reviewed studies. By isolating materials chemistry as the primary performance driver over device‐level parameters, the authors establish a methodological blueprint and a predictive structure–function map to accelerate ...

Imposed Quasi-normality In Covariance Structure Analysis [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
In the analysis of covariance structures, the distance between an observed covariance matrix S of order k x k and C(6) E(S) is minimized by searching over the 8-space. The criterion leading to a best asymptotically normal (BAN) estimator of 0 is found by

Terahertz Channel Modeling, Estimation and Localization in RIS‐Assisted Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Reconfigurable intelligent surfaces have become a recent intensive research focus. Based on practical applications, channel strategies for RIS‐assisted terahertz wireless communication systems are categorized into three different types: channel modeling, channel estimation, and channel localization.

Bayesian Covariance Matrix Estimation using a Mixture of Decomposable Graphical Models [PDF]

open access: yes
Estimating a covariance matrix efficiently and discovering its structure are important statistical problems with applications in many fields. This article takes a Bayesian approach to estimate the covariance matrix of Gaussian data.

Controllable Superconductivity in Suspended NbSe2

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Suspended NbSe2${\rm NbSe}_2$ provides two complementary routes for controlling superconducting transport. Gate‐driven deformation strains the suspended crystal and tunes its critical temperature and current. Weak thermal anchoring enhances thermal feedback, contributing to multistep hysteresis and negative differential resistance.

The thalamic covariance network is associated with cognitive deficits in patients with cerebral small vascular disease

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology
Objective Abnormalities in the gray matter structure of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) have been observed throughout the brain. However, whether cortico‐cortical connections exist between regions of gray matter atrophy in patients with CSVD has not

Canonical analysis based on scatter matrices. [PDF]

open access: yes
In this paper, the influence functions and limiting distributions of the canonical correlations and coefficients based on affine equivariant scatter matrices are developed for elliptically symmetric distributions.
