Inconsistency of the judgment matrix in the AHP method and the decision maker's knowledge

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper we propose a method for a quantitative estimation of the decision maker's knowledge in the context of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in cases, where the judgment matrix is inconsistent.

On Axiomatization of Inconsistency Indicators for Pairwise Comparisons [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We examine the notion of inconsistency in pairwise comparisons and propose an axiomatization which is independent of any method of approximation or the inconsistency indicator definition (e.g., Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP).

The Application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process in Sustainable Project Selection

open access: yesSustainability, 2020
The project selection process is a crucial step in sustainable development. Effective sustainable development depends on the ability to select the appropriate sustainable project to implement to ensure that the desired goals are met.

Meta‐analysis fails to show any correlation between protein abundance and ubiquitination changes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We analyzed over 50 published proteomics datasets to explore the relationship between protein levels and ubiquitination changes across multiple experimental conditions and biological systems. Although ubiquitination is often associated with protein degradation, our analysis shows that changes in ubiquitination do not globally correlate with changes in ...

Accommodating Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for Elective Courses Selection

open access: yesIJIE (Indonesian Journal of Informatics Education), 2019
The determination of elective courses for students is one of many things that require some complex considerations. This complexity is motivated by psychological and non-psychological factors of human beings such as: learning motivation, lecturer and ...

The analytic hierarchy process as a support for decision making [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The first part of this text deals with a convention site selection as one of the most lucrative areas in the tourism industry. The second part gives a further description of a method for decision making - the analytic hierarchy process.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Early‐life high‐fat diet exposure increases Achilles tendon stiffness and induces transcriptomic alterations

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.
