Computer determination of the inbreeding coefficient, coefficient of relationship, and the ancestral composition in closed beagle colony

A computer program, in FORTRAN, is presented for the calculation of numerical values descriptive of ancestry and genetic background of individuals. With appropriate information, this algorithm calculates the following parameters: ancestral composition, inbreeding coefficient, and coefficient of relationship.
