ABSTRACT Background The scalp has a higher sebum content than other body areas, leading to issues such as itchiness, dandruff and discomfort. In individuals with scalp seborrhoea, the relationships between sebum levels, hydration, barrier function and self‐perceived scalp condition remain poorly understood.

The role of plant extracts in the process of induction of embryogenic structures and its following development in plants is revealed. Thus, the addition in the culture medium of the extracts diluted in DMSO increases the rate of gynoand androgenesis on 2.

Colchicine treatments in anther culture of soybean
The effect of colchicine on the symmetrical division and embryo induction in cultured anthers of soybean was investigated. The anthers were incubated in various concentrations of colchicinfeor 24 or 72 hours.

In vitro androgenetic cultures of Hyoscyamus niger L., H. albus L. and alkaloid content assay
In vitro cultures of Hyoscyamus niger L. and H. albus L. anthers were initiated which resulted in obtaining androgenectic plants and callus cultures. The leaves of these pants and the callus cultures were subjected to analysis (TLC, GC for the presence ...

In vitro androgenesis in triticale
Abstract The technology for in vitro anther culturing was optimized in hexaploid triticale using combination of external factors that allowed to obtain more than 100 doubled haploid lines. Investigation of genetic variation among anther culture derived doubled haploids of triticale showed the occurrence of heterozygous plants.
