Abstract Background Third‐generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) show initial efficacy in EGFR‐mutated lung cancer, but residual disease persists. This study aimed to investigate cluster of differentiation 24 (CD24) as a translational immunotherapeutic target for enhancing third‐generation EGFR‐TKI efficacy.

ABSTRACT Epimedium (EP) is a traditional Chinese medicine that has been used to treat osteoporosis for several years, but its mechanism of action is unclear. We used ultrahigh‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple–quadrupole mass spectrometry (UPLC–QQQ–MS/MS) to detect the components of raw and processed EP samples.

Biocompatible Chemistry: A Plug‐and‐Play Toolbox for Chemical Biology Research
The “plug‐and‐play” nature of biocompatible chemistry makes it a powerful toolbox for investigating complicated biological systems and producing drug leads for clinical usages. This review summarizes the commonly used biocompatible reactions and the recent advances of their representative applications in chemical biology research, thus highlighting the

Targeting Cryptochromes in Chronic Diseases
ABSTRACT The circadian clock generates 24‐h molecular rhythms through transcription–translation negative feedback loops (TTFLs) and regulates daily physiological processes such as sleep–wake cycles, body temperature, hormone secretion, metabolism, and immune function.

A facile synthesis of unsymmetrical 1,1’‐disubstituted ferrocene derivatives based on the desymmetrization of 1,1’‐diborylferrocene was developed. Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling (SMCC) reaction of 1,1’‐diborylferrocene afforded mono‐substituted products without significant loss of the second boryl group, and the subsequent second SMCC reaction afforded ...

Detection of a Single Microdose of Testosterone and Recombinant EPO in Healthy Volunteers
Exogenous T was detected with IRMS regardless of T/E elevation—high serum T indicative for IRMS. rhEPO was detected in urine for 72 h in ITP and CP, and Tasso showed less sensitivity than previous DBS devices tested. ABSTRACT Doping with testosterone (T) and erythropoietin (EPO) in low doses (micro‐doping) is a challenge to detect.
