ABSTRACT Introduction We present a case of rectourethral fistula complicating urethral trauma, successfully treated using a transanal exposure device. Case Presentation A male in his twenties was referred to us with a pelvic fracture urethral injury. Preoperative imaging revealed an urethrorectal fistula.
