Prevalence and Potential Risk Predictors of Undernutrition Among Under‐Five Children in Island Areas of Bangladesh

Undernutrition poses a major threat for the growth and development of children in remote island regions of Bangladesh. This study identified higher rates of underweight, wasting, and stunting than national averages, driven by factors such as infectious diseases, inadequate vaccination, caregiver health and socioeconomic vulnerabilities.
