Success rate and obstetric outcomes of trial of labor after cesarean delivery—Decision‐tree analysis

Abstract Background Pregnant women with a previous cesarean delivery (CD) may opt for a trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC) or elective repeat cesarean delivery (ERCD). This study aimed to evaluate the success rate, and maternal, and perinatal outcomes of TOLAC and to develop a predictive decision‐tree algorithm for successful TOLAC.

Introduction We encountered a case of acute obstructive pyelonephritis caused by bleeding from a renal pelvis cancer that was successfully treated by laparoscopic nephrectomy. Case presentation An 88‐year‐old woman with fever of 40.2°C and right back pain associated with hematuria due to a right renal pelvic tumor.

Integrative cross‐tissue analysis unveils complement‐immunoglobulin augmentation and dysbiosis‐related fatty acid metabolic remodeling during mammalian aging

Our study provides a comprehensive multi‐omics profile of aging, integrating proteomic, metabolomic, and metagenomic analyses across diverse tissues and plasma. We identified the synergistic amplification of the circulating complement system and tissue‐wide immunoglobulin accumulation as key molecular drivers of inflammaging.
