Journal of British Surgery, 1972 Abstract Femoral aneurysms are a relative rarity in clinical practice. A series of 15 such aneurysms treated in a variety of ways is presented. The method of treatment did not appear to affect the outcome. Where the aneurysm was found to be infected at operation treatment was not successful.

Giant aneurysm of circumflex coronary artery in asymptomatic patient
Italian Journal of Medicine, 2016 We report a case of a 74-year-old woman who presented to the hospital for fever and uncontrolled hypertension. We found, incidentally, a giant aneurysm of the circumflex coronary artery measuring 6.4×5.5 cm.
