, 2004 目的 建立养血祛毒胶囊质量标准。方法 采用TCL法对方中的独活等进行定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定苦参碱的含量。结果 定性鉴别专属性强 ,苦参碱平均回收率为 98.8% ,RSD为 2 .0 8%。结论 所建立的方法简便、准确可用于该制剂的质量控制方法OBJECTIVE To establish the quality control standard of Yangxie qudu capsule.
