3D‐Printed Sulfur‐Derived Polymers With Controlled Architectures for Lithium‐Sulfur Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Rheology‐guided formulation design for direct ink writing enables the fabrication of 3D sulfur copolymer cathodes with controlled architectures for lithium‐sulfur batteries. The printed electrodes exhibit multiscale porosity and high sulfur utilization, delivering enhanced electrochemical performance compared to conventional cast electrodes.

CHARACTERISTIC STUDY FOR THE HETEROGENEOUS ROLLING BEARING MATCH WAY

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2015
When angular contact ball bearings match together, due to high demand of manufacturing and installation precision, only increasing the number of angular contact ball bearings to increase the radial bearing capacity has great limitations. Therefore,it was ...

Acoustic measurement of lubricant-film thickness distribution in ball bearings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
An oil-film thickness monitoring system capable of providing an early warning of lubrication failure in rolling element bearings has been developed. The system is used to measure the lubricant-film thickness in a conventional deep groove ball bearing ...

A contact analysis for unconventional mounting processes of angular ball bearings

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mechanics and Materials in Design, 2023
AbstractRigorous protocols must be followed when mounting ball bearings to avoid structural damage and subsequent malfunctioning or unexpected failures. Unconventional mounting procedures may produce excessive contact pressures between the elements of the bearing, therefore the whole process must be well-understood and modelled to prevent unwanted ...

Nonlinear vibration of a rotor on the angular contact ball bearings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Выполнен анализ колебаний короткого недеформируемого ротора на двух радиально-упорных шарикоподшипниках с предварительным осевым поджатием. Нелинейная модель шарикоподшипника построена на базе теории Герца.

Analysis on Cage Dynamic Characteristic of Angular Contact Ball Bearing During Deceleration

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2019
The deceleration process generally exists in the feed system of CNC machine, and the speed change of the process has a great influence on the dynamic performance of angular contact ball bearing, which has always been little noticed by scholars at home ...
