Characteristics of denatured rapeseed oil during storage and refining processes

open access: yesGrasas y Aceites, 2000
In 1981, toxic oil syndrome, a progressive multi-system disease caused by consumption of rapeseed oil denatured with aniline occurred in Spain. To date, the causal toxic agent or agents remain unknown.

Synthesis , characterization and antimicrobial activity of shiff and mannich bases of uracil derivatives [PDF]

open access: yesKirkuk Journal of Science, 2016
In the present work some Shiff bases (1a,b,c,d)were syuthesized using phenyl alanine with aniline by microwave irradiation. Aseries of mannich base (2a,b,c,d) were prepared by the reaction of (1a,b,c,d) with uracil in the presence of formaldehyde. The ...

Pot, atom and step economic (PASE) synthesis of highly functionalized piperidines: a five-component condensation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The diastereoselective pot, atom and step economic (PASE) synthesis of highly functionalized piperidines has been realized. The procedure simply involves mixing methyl acetoacetate, 2 equiv of aldehyde and 2 equiv of aniline together in the presence of ...

Ammonium Salts as Curing Agents to Obtain Ionic Epoxy Resins With a Thermoplastic‐to‐Thermoset Transition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ionic epoxy networks are prepared using ammonium salts as hardeners, leading to a two‐stage curing process with a thermoplastic‐like intermediate. This uncommon behavior enables extrusion and fabrication of thermoplastic prepregs that can be cured into thermoset composites.

Pseudo-Four Component Synthesis of Mono- and Di-Benzylated-1,2,3-Triazoles Derived from Aniline

open access: yesMolecules, 2013
The pseudo-four component click synthesis of dibenzylated 1,2,3-triazoles derived from aniline is reported. The cycloaddition of sodium azide to N-(prop-2-ynyl)-benzenamine (I) in the presence of equimolar amounts of p-substituted benzyl derivatives ...

Synthesis of Some of Azo, Triazines and Schiff Bases Compounds from 4-Aminohippuric Acid [PDF]

open access: yesمجلة التربية والعلم, 2009
Three new series of 4-aminohippuric acid ester derivatives have been prepared. The azo (4a-f) and azoamino (5a-e) compounds were prepared from electrophilic addition reaction of 4-diazonium chloride hippuric acid ester with phenols, aniline and secondary

Ultraviolet and thermally stable polymer compositions [PDF]

open access: yes, 1976
A new class of polymers is provided, namely, poly (diarylsiloxy) arylazines. These novel polymers have a basic chemical composition which has the property of stabilizing the optical and physical properties of the polymer against the degradative effect of

Targeting kinases with anilinopyrimidines: Discovery of N-phenyl-N'-[4-(pyrimidin-4-ylamino)phenyl]urea derivatives as selective inhibitors of class III receptor tyrosine kinase subfamily [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Kinase inhibitors are attractive drugs/drug candidates for the treatment of cancer. The most recent literature has highlighted the importance of multi target kinase inhibitors, although a correct balance between specificity and non-specificity is ...

Vacuum‐Evaporated, Lead‐Free RbYbI3 Perovskite Interlayers for Universal Electron Injection in High‐Performance Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The optoelectronic performance of organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) is critically governed by charge injection from electrodes into organic layers, where significant energy barriers at the interfaces often impede efficient charge injection.
