Dipole‐Engineered Conductive Additives for Ultrastable Interphase Evolution in High‐Areal‐Capacity Silicon Anodes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In the work reported herein, dipole‐engineered sulfonated carbon nanofibers enable conductive additives to actively regulate interphase formation in silicon anodes. Polar sulfonyl groups guide electrolyte decomposition to form a compact LiF‐rich interphase while promoting robust integration with silicon.

Human Organic Anion Transporters Mediate the Transport of Tetracycline

open access: yesJapanese Journal of Pharmacology, 2002
The purpose of this study was to elucidate the molecular mechanism for renal tetracycline transport by human organic anion transporters (hOATs) using proximal tubular cells stably expressing hOATs. The cells stably expressing hOAT1, hOAT2, hOAT3 and hOAT4 exhibited a higher amount of [3H]tetracycline uptake compared with mock cells.

Extremely Long Electron Lifetime in Spontaneously Passivated Polycrystalline Perovskite Layers via Illumination‐Assisted Trap Filling

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are promising next‐generation photovoltaics. The high performance of PSCs is attributed to the long carrier lifetimes of perovskite photoabsorbers. However, the carrier lifetimes of polycrystalline perovskite layers, which serve as the photoabsorbers in practical PSCs, have remained limited to several tens of ...

Pull‐and‐Push Nanotherapeutic Hydrogels: Scavenging Inflammatory Triggers While Driving Tissue Regeneration in Burn Wounds

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A nanounit‐assembled hydrogel employing a “pull‐and‐push” strategy simultaneously scavenges pro‐inflammatory cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and delivers regenerative therapeutics in response to burn‐induced hyperthermia. By repolarizing macrophages and promoting angiogenesis, this multifunctional platform accelerates burn wound healing, offering a blueprint for
