RADIATION-RESISTANT ANIONITES FROM OIL RESIDUE
Petroleum Science and Technology, 1999ABSTRACT The author describes the optimization of the process of producing high-and low-basic anionites of a new type on the basis of a concentrated oil residue. The exchange capacitance of the anionites is 1.78-4.50 mg-eq/g, they have satisfactory dynamic exchange capacitance, a relative rate of ion exchange and mechanical strength of 80-93%.

[Kinetic sorption of nicotinic acid by anionites].
Prikladnaia biokhimiia i mikrobiologiia, 1976Studies of the kinetic sorption of nicotinic acid have demonstrated that the ionites AH-22, AH-31 and IR-45 absorb it quantitatively from water solutions. The static exchange capacity of nicotinic acid makes 3.5 mmole/g for AH-22 and IR-45 and 2.0 mmole/g for AH-31 and remains unchanged after ionite sterilization.

Tantalum sorption from chloride-fluoride solutions by anionites
Russian Journal of Non-Ferrous Metals, 2007The calculated and experimental data on sorption of tantalum ions from chloride-fluoride solutions by anionites of various classes and structures are considered and discussed. Based on the calculations carried out, it is shown that, in chloride-fluoride solutions, tantalum forms a whole series of complex ions, namely, chloride, fluoride, hydroxy, and ...

Unusual processes on anionites
Research – Innovation – Innovative Entrepreneurship: International Scientific Congress, 3nd edition, June 7-8, 2025. Vol. 1Cross-linked ionogenic polymers containing weakly basic or strongly basic groups, which are a large-tonnage product of the chemical industry, are used in a number of areas of science and technology as anion exchangers. The work shows that weakly basic anions, in addition to their main property of retaining anions from solution, can also retain metal ...

Sulfur dioxide adsorption in a fixed bed of a synthetic anionite
Theoretical Foundations of Chemical Engineering, 2000Fixed beds of synthetic anionites were used to remove SO2 from exhaust gas. The process suggested includes the reactivation of the sorbent with sodium sulphite. Average SO2 removal efficiency and adsorption capacity were determined for a number of commercial anionites.

Kinetics of isonicotinenitrile catalytic hydration on AV-17-8 anionite
Reaction Kinetics and Catalysis Letters, 1985The dependence of the rate constant on the temperature, catalyst and nitrile quantity and OH-group concentration has been established. The reaction is first order with respect to both nitrile and catalyst. A probable reaction mechanism is suggested.

The enthalpies of interaction of strongly basic anionites with amino acid ions
Russian Journal of Physical Chemistry A, 2009The enthalpies of interaction of strongly basic anionites ARA-1p, AV-17-8, and AV-29-12P with glycine, glutamic acid, and tyrosine anions were determined by microcalorimetry. The interaction of ionites with amino acid anions over the selected concentration range was accompanied by heat release. The value and duration of heat release and the enthalpy of

Equilibrium sorption of sulfuric acid by weakly basic polyacrylic anionites
Russian Journal of Physical Chemistry A, 2007The sorption of sulfuric acid on Amberlite IRA 67 and (2) Lewatit VP.OC.1072 weakly basic polyacrylic anionites in the free-base form was studied. It was demonstrated that the bisulfate form of the anionites was not produced. In contrast to the sorption of hydrochloric acid, the solution of resinates formed during the sorption of sulfuric acid is ...

Determination of the Working Exchange Capacity of Weakly Basic Polyacrylic Anionites
Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry, 2005The nonequilibrium dynamics of sorption of hydrochloric acid by weakly basic polyacrylic anionites was studied. An equation for calculating the working capacity of ion-exchange filters as a function of variable parameters (filtration rate, concentration of the starting solution, and height of the ionite bed in a filter) was derived using the theory of ...

[Isolation of the antibiotic hordecin by sorption on anionite AN-15].
Prikladnaia biokhimiia i mikrobiologiia, 1978It has been shown that Na-salt of hordecine can be selectively adsorbed on anion exchange resin AN-15 and the antibiotic can be then eluated with 96% ethanol acidified with HCl to bring pH to 3.0--3.5. Spectral analysis and testing of the antibiotic activity have demonstrated that hordecine prepared by the above method and that obtained by paper ...
