, 2020 The construction of Ankara Palas, which comprises the subject matter of this thesis, started in 1924 as the most modern hotel of the newly founded capital city. The foundation of the hotel was laid by the Architect Mr. Vedat, then completed by architect Mr. Kemalettin, and was finally put into service in year 1928.

Because here the orthogonality must be established between two different sets. There are four known univariate biorthogonal polynomial sets, suggested by Laguerre, Jacobi, Hermite and Szegő‐Hermite polynomials, in the literature.
