Dual‐Inductive and Programmable Switching: A New Paradigm in Ionic Interface‐Controlled Perovskite Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fully programmable, dual‐inductive switchable halide perovskite memristor is demonstrated through precise BDAI2‐mediated interface engineering. This ion‐modulating layer suppresses stochastic filamentary growth, enabling stable, non‐filamentary switching via dynamic barrier modulation.

Ultrasensitive Anti‐Stokes Luminescence Thermometry in Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Monolayers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a highly sensitive nanothermometer using anti‐Stokes photoluminescence, also known as photoluminescence upconversion (UPL), in monolayer tungsten disulfide. A strong resonantly enhanced UPL is observed, confirming the central role of optical phonons in the PL upconversion mechanism.

Modelling of Transport Phenomena

open access: yes, 1993
In this review article, we discuss key features of the transport phenomena and theoretical modelling to understand them. Experimental observations have revealed the nature of anomalous transport, i.e., the enhancement of the transport coefficients by the

Chlorination‐Enabled Oxygen Control and Dual‐Sulfur Source Aided Trap Passivation to Unlock 8.24% Efficient Sb2S3 Photovoltaic Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates a scalable, low‐temperature synthesis strategy that combines a thioacetamide (TA)‐based dual sulfur source with CdS chlorination, enabling the formation of high‐quality Sb2S3 with a reduced open‐circuit voltage loss, resulting in improved device efficiency.

Exploring how deep learning decodes anomalous diffusion via Grad-CAM

open access: yesNature Communications
While deep learning has been successfully applied to the data-driven classification of anomalous diffusion mechanisms, how the algorithm achieves the feat remains a mystery.

Mittag-Leffler pattern in anomalous diffusion

open access: yes, 2013
Various systems described by the bi-fractional Fokker-Planck-Smoluchowski equation display some very general and universal properties. These universal characteristics originate in the underlying competition between long jumps (fractional space derivative)

Large Transverse Thermoelectric Effect in Weyl Semimetal TaIrTe4 Engineered for Photodetection

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This experimental work shows that the anomalous scanning photocurrent response patterns of the Weyl semimetal TaIrTe4${\rm TaIrTe}_4$ under visible and long‐wave infrared illumination are due to a large transverse thermoelectric response of the material.

3D Printing Innovations in Polymeric Porous and Patterned Architecture

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polymeric foams occupy a unique structural space between dense solids and open networks, where engineered void fraction governs mechanical compliance, thermal resistance, and mass transport. Additive manufacturing now enables precise spatial control over cellular architecture, unlocking designer foam structures across applications spanning crash ...
