Polymorph‐Specific Electronic Transduction in WO3 during Molecular Sensing
Metal‐oxide polymorphs with similar surface chemistry can nevertheless exhibit distinct sensing properties. In γ‐ and ε‐WO3, analyte adsorption appears comparable; yet, only ε‐WO3 induces a pronounced lattice electronic perturbation that accommodates charge in sub‐conduction band minimum states.

We introduce a molecular strategy to assemble one‐dimensional (1D) materials into two‐dimensional (2D) van der Waals metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). Crystals of [FeX(pzX)(bpy)] (X = Cl, F) form anisotropic 2D layers that can be mechanically exfoliated into thin sheets.

Positively Charged Polymer‐Brush MOFs for Large‐Area, Pressure‐Resistant Gas Separation Membranes
A universal POPA strategy enables positively charged polymer‐brush MOFs with self‐adaptive interfacial interlocking to resist aggregation under fast processing. This design ensures seamless dispersion within large‐area selective layers, achieving 1 m‐wide roll‐to‐roll fabrication of pressure‐resistant MMCMs with tunable CO2 separation performance ...

n‐Type Polymer Radio Frequency Rectifiers Operating at 18.5 GHz
Combining an n‐doped polymer semiconductor with wafer‐scale asymmetric planar electrodes featuring work function‐engineered contacts yields radio‐frequency diodes and rectifying circuits operating at up to 18.5 GHz. The devices combine scalable manufacturing with an operating frequency previously unattainable by large‐area organic electronics ...

Elephant‐skin‐inspired crack networks are programmed in porous diatomaceous earth (DE)‐cement composites using substrate‐guided, stress‐concentration induced fracture. The resulting crack lattices act as capillary conduits that redistribute water, while the porous matrix stores moisture.

Array feed for reflector antenna: synthesis of feed pattern
A simple method of synthesising the radiation pattern of an array feed for a reflector antenna is presented. It forms the initial stage in the design of an integrated array-feed/LNA/RF front-end subsystem for a low-cost receive-only terminal for domestic satellite communications. Results show that a high illumination efficiency and a low spillover loss

A novel millimetre‐wave 2D wide‐angle scanning phased array antenna based on decoupling surface
This paper presents a novel millimetre‐wave (mmWave) 2D wide‐angle scanning (WAS) phased array antenna (PAA) based on decoupling surface (DS). The proposed element is a coaxial feeding stacked patch antenna structure that consists of an L‐shape coaxial ...
