[Propafenone--a promising anti-arrhythmia agent?].
Sbornik vedeckych praci Lekarske fakulty Karlovy univerzity v Hradci Kralove. Supplementum, 1991Propafenone hydrochloride (Rytmonorm, Prolekofen) belongs to the membranous anti-arrhythmical agents of IC group. Simultaneously, it produces a mild beta blocking effect and blocks slow Calcium channels. The mentioned agent is of current use in treating both the supraventricular and ventricular tachyarrhythmias.
