An improved active frequency drift anti-islanding detection method
2016 IEEE 11th Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA), 2016Grid connected photovoltaic systems have been paid more and more attention by people. The problem of anti-islanding is a key problem that threatens the secure operation of distributed generation (DG) system, so the system must have the function of timely detecting islanding.

Anti-islanding schemes for machine-based distributed generation
2009The most common method of detecting the islanding in a machine-based distributed generator (DG) is to establish an under/over frequency and under/over voltage window within which a synchronous DG is allowed to operate. When such a DG is islanded from the utility system, the frequency or voltage will quickly move outside the operating window if there is

Fault ride-through versus anti-islanding in distributed generation
Proceedings of 14th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference EPE-PEMC 2010, 2010Owing to the increasing number and power rating of static power converter (SPC) based systems the need arises for distributed power generation systems to take part in the control-related issues of power generation. The requirements for large and small power generation systems differ from the aspect of utility interaction.

Autonomous microgrid operation subsequent to an anti-islanding scheme
Sustainable Cities and Society, 2018Abstract A microgrid is a scaled-down power grid, comprising of distributed power generations (DPGs) and loads. It generally operates in conjunction with the utility grid, but can also isolate to operate in “islanded mode” and serve independently according to the physical and/or economic circumstances.

Power Analysis of the AFD in Anti-Islanding Method
2010As the grid-connected photovoltaic power conditioning systems(PVPCS) are installed in many residential areas, these have raised potential problems of network protection on electrical power system. One of the numerous problems is an Islanding phenomenon.

Anti-islanding detection for three-phase distributed generation [PDF]
Wobbling the operating frequency of a phase-locked loop (PLL), preferably by adding a periodic variation is feedback gain or delay in reference signal phase allows the avoidance of any non-detection zone that might occur due to exact synchronization of the phase locked loop operating frequency with a reference signal.

Testing of anti-islanding protections for grid-connected inverters
2007 International Conference on Clean Electrical Power, 2007Nowadays, almost all photovoltaic and grid-connected inverters, have internal protections against islanding. Usually, these protections perform a disconnection from the grid when process variables go beyond over-voltage or under-voltage thresholds, as well as over-frequency or under-frequency thresholds.

SunSine300, utility interactive AC module anti-islanding test results
Conference Record of the Twenty Sixth IEEE Photovoltaic Specialists Conference - 1997, 2002Test results are presented for the SunSine300 AC photovoltaic module's anti-islanding protection. These tests were conducted on a single SunSine300 AC module inverter under controlled laboratory conditions. The various passive and active anti-islanding methods used in the SunSine300 are discussed.
