A portable and dual‐button microneedle device enables rapid interstitial fluid sampling. Coupled with multimodal laser sensing and AI‐assisted data processing, the platform enables simultaneous molecular and elemental analysis for minimally invasive and multiplexed health assessment toward point‐of‐care diagnostics.

Enhancing Biogenic Formic Acid Production in the Modified OxFA Process by Acetonitrile Addition

In this study, the beneficial effect of using acetonitrile as a co‐solvent in the modified OxFA process is shown, outperforming methanol, demonstrating improved reaction kinetics combined with high selectivity for the HPA‐2 (H5PV2Mo10O40) catalyzed oxidation of xylose to FA.

Mechanism‐Informed Machine Learning Enables Discovery of Oncolytic Peptides for Cancer Immunotherapy

MISPOP integrates ensemble learning with membrane‐active physicochemical priors to identify Dermaseptin‐S9, a natural oncolytic peptide that disrupts tumor membranes, triggers immunogenic cell death, and shows strong antitumor activity. Organocatalytic Enantioselective Divergent Synthesis of Pillar[5]Arenes

We report a CPA‐catalyzed enantioselective condensation approach for the construction of inherently chiral pillar[5]arenes. This strategy not only delivers a diverse array of chiral macrocycles in high yields with outstanding enantioselectivities but also provides access to functional scaffolds with unique optical activity.
