Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Production of IgY Specific Antibody Against Entero Pathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC) in Egg Yolk
Antibody to Enteropathogenic Eschericia coli (EPEC) K1.1. can be produced in egg yolk by the application of inactivated bacterial cells intravenously in layer chicken. The presence of specific antibody in sera and egg can be detected with immunodiffusion

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Effects of Allogenic and Effector Cells on the Development of Antibody-Producing Cells, In Vitro
Effects of allogenic and effector spleen cells on the development of anti-SRBC plaque-forming cells from target spleen cells in vitro were studied. Addition of allogeneic cells resulted in various degrees of suppression of target cell PFC production. This allogeneic suppression could be abolished by pretreating the cells with either uv or X irradiation.
