Antiemesis Corticosteroids Potentiate Checkpoint Blockade Efficacy by Normalizing the Immune Microenvironment in Metastatic Murine Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 14, 9 March 2026.
Corticosteroids improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade therapy in metastatic murine breast cancer. By normalizing the tumor immune microenvironment, corticosteroids reduce immunosuppressive signals, restore T‐cell function, and promote antitumor immune responses, resulting in enhanced tumor control.

Cytokine‐Engineered Chimeric Antigen Receptor‐T Cell Therapy: How to Balance the Efficacy and Toxicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 14, 9 March 2026.
Cytokine‐engineered CAR‐T cells represent a promising immunotherapy against malignancies due to direct tumor killing and potent immunity response. However, significant toxicities, including CRS and ICANS, have restricted clinical applications. How to keep the risk‐benefit balance of the advanced therapy is of great importance for maximizing the benefit

Long‐Term Survival Outcomes of Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Postoperative High‐Risk Salivary Gland Carcinomas

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Background This study evaluated the long‐term survival outcomes of concurrent chemoradiation (CCRT) for high‐risk salivary gland carcinomas (SGCs). Method Postoperative patients with high‐risk SGCs, other than adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), with T3‐4/N1‐3M0 disease were enrolled.
