ABSTRACT Translating dynamic liquid‐liquid phase separation into robust solid‐state architectures remains a challenge in materials engineering. Here, we report a composition‐driven interfacial assembly strategy that couples supramolecular coacervation with metal‐phenolic coordination to engineer tunable fungicide carriers.

Invasive Candidiasis in the Intensive Care Unit: Where Are We Now?
Invasive fungal infections in the intensive care unit (ICU) are not uncommon and most cases are caused by Candida species, specifically Candida albicans. However, recently, there has been an increase in non-albicans Candida spp. (C.

The CXCL5/CXCR2 axis directly inhibits ferroptosis in ICC cells by activating the NF‐κB/PTGS2 pathway. Meanwhile, the CXCL5/CXCR2 axis recruits N2 TANs, and the activated PTGS2 promotes the secretion of TNF‐α from the recruited N2 TANs via the CCL2/CCL7/CCR2 pathway, thereby activating the NF‐κB/PTGS2 axis and forming a positive feedback loop, which ...

Development of ultrasound-assisted extraction of commonly used azole antifungals in soils
Azole antifungals in soil are of increasing concern. In this work, a stable, sensitive and reliable method was developed and validated for extraction of azole antifungal pharmaceuticals (clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, and miconazole) and biocides

This bioinspired acinus‐on‐a‐chip recapitulates VILI pathology, revealing that volutrauma drives P53/NF‐κB pathways while barotrauma triggers mitochondrial‐Wnt dysregulation. A fibrotic transitional cell cluster was identified. Pharmacological interventions targeting these pathways significantly ameliorated injury, establishing a mechanobiological ...

RSF1‐Dependent PAR Turnover Promotes 53BP1 Liquid Condensate Formation at DNA Damage Sites
At sites of DNA damage, RSF1 recruits PARG to accelerate PAR turnover, triggering a switch from PAR‐driven condensates to 53BP1 condensates. This condensate transition enables p53‐dependent gene transcription and coordinates the DNA damage response.

Repurposing FDA‐Approved Drugs to Inhibit Fungal PPTases for Broad‐Spectrum Synergy
Fungal secondary metabolites serve as crucial virulence effectors; however, the potential of their biosynthetic pathways as antifungal targets remains inadequately comprehended. Repurposed FDA‐approved drugs inhibit fungal PPTase (essential for secondary metabolism) in vivo.
