Lichenoid drug eruption due to eprosartan/hydrochlorothiacide

Therapy gaps for patients with heart failure and reduced kidney function: A prospective cohort study

In this prospective registry of 1401 heart failure outpatients, patients with eGFR <60 mL/min/1.73m2 had lower achievement of target RASi and MRA doses, with the lowest absolute use in patients with eGFR <30. Beta blockers were consistently prescribed across all heart failure phenotypes and kidney function.

Machine learning approach to identify phenotypes in patients with ischaemic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction

Clusters are identified using machine learning approach in the learning set population evaluating specific combinations of multiple characteristics. Then identified clusters are predicted and tested in the learning set to evaluate their association with outcomes.
