Micro‐Galvanic Coupling Programs the Therapeutic Zinc Ion Window to Reconfigure Immune Cascades for Pro‐Regenerative Bone Healing

This study utilized alloy micro‐galvanic coupling design to regulate the release of essential elements, thereby programming immune responses and promoting regeneration. The sacrificial anodic process of Zn‐0.8Mg reduced Zn2+ release compared to the “large cathode‐small anode” coupling of Zn‐0.8Fe.

Furfuryl Alcohol‐Driven Proton Supply Enables Efficient Photocatalytic H2O2 Production Beyond Water‐Based Systems

A ZnIn2S4–carbon dot heterojunction enables photocatalytic H2O2 production coupled with furfuryl alcohol oxidation. Targeting a Myeloid–Regulatory B Cell Network Reverses Immune Paralysis in Periprosthetic Joint Infections

Periprosthetic joint infection establishes a sophisticated immunosuppressive network between CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSCs and Bregs, inducing profound CD8+ T cell paralysis. Alendronate effectively disrupts this CXCR4+ PMN‐MDSC–Breg axis by targeting STAT3, thereby restoring local immune surveillance.
