Concise Total Syntheses of (+)‐Brefeldin A, Diastereomers and Analogs and Their Biological Activity
Famous four: Radical reactions, enantioselective aldehyde vinylation, cross‐metatheses and macrolactonization serve to accomplish the total synthesis of the natural product brefeldin A (BFA) and a library of previously unknown BFA analogs over thirteen steps.

Diabetic ulcer is regarded as one of the most prevalent chronic diseases. The healing of these ulcers enhances with the use of herbal extracts containing wound dressings with high antibacterial property and creating a nano‐sized controlled release system. In this study, new peppermint extract was incorporated in the polyurethane‐ (PU‐) based nanofibers

Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive type of breast cancer with poor prognosis and is enriched in cancer stem cells (CSCs). However, it is not completely understood how the CSCs were maintained in TNBC. In this study, by analyzing The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) provisional datasets and several small‐size breast datasets, we found that ...
