Abstract Background and Objectives Several medications for alcohol use disorder (MAUDs) are recommended to treat alcohol use disorder (AUD) in the Veterans Affairs (VA) guidelines. This study descriptively characterized treatment patterns and healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) among VA patients with AUD treated with VA‐recommended MAUDs.

Abstract Objectives To evaluate the risk of priapism in patients undergoing Dynamic—Penile duplex ultrasound (D‐PDU) who were referred to our Unit between January 2022 and December 2023. Patients and methods We enrolled 292 patients, of whom 268 underwent Dynamic—Penile duplex ultrasound for erectile dysfunction and 24 for Peyronie's disease.

Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disorder. Offspring of mothers, with Crohn's disease during pregnancy, had modestly higher risks of the milder regulatory disorders, including early sleeping, continence, and feeding disturbances, but not of other studied neurodevelopmental disorders.

In a metabolomics study of over 200 metabolites in 1721 fertile‐aged women, we found that current use of combined oral contraceptives (COC), especially third‐generation and other COCs, is associated with altered levels of several metabolic measures compared to nonuse of hormonal contraception or to use of a levonorgestrel intrauterine device (LNG‐IUD).
