Antistructural defects in a glassy As2Te3

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2020
Emission Mossbauer spectroscopy on l19mmSn(l19mSn), l19Sb(l19mSn) and l19mTe(l19mSn) isotopes have been used as a method for the creation and identification of antistructural defects in a glassy As2Te3 in forms of tin atoms in tellurium and arsenic positions.

Antistructural defects in lead chalcogenides

Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, 2003
It is shown by means of emission M?ssbauer spectroscopy on 119Sb(119mSn) and 119mTe(119mSn) isotopes that the charge state of the 119mSn antistructural defect arising in the anion sublattice after radioactive conversion of 119Sb and 119mTe does not depend on the Fermi level position.

Antistructural defects in PbTe-type semiconductors

Semiconductors, 1999
Mossbauer emission spectroscopy on the isotope 119m Te(119m Sn) is used to identify tin impurity centers in PbTe and PbS lattices. Using the emission variant of Mossbauer spectroscopy makes it possible to stabilize the tin impurity atoms in the anion sublattice, i.e., to obtain antistructural defects.

TeCd antistructural defects in CdTe crystals

Technical Physics Letters, 1997
Two-temperature annealing with a controlled vapor pressure of tellurium PTe2 is used to study CdTe〈Cl〉 crystals under conditions of high-temperature thermodynamic equilibrium of the crystal with the gas phase (735–940 °C). For low pressures PTe2 (≥Pmin) ClTe+ begins to condense because of the formation of VCd−2 in the crystal.

Elastic properties and antistructural modeling for Nickel-Zinc ferrite-aluminates

Materials Chemistry and Physics, 2018
Abstract In this study, elastic properties of nanocrystalline Ni-Zn-Al ferrite synthesized by citrate-gel autocombustion method has been presented. X-ray diffraction and Infrared spectroscopy confirms the formation of spinel phase. Elastic properties are estimated from force constants and lattice constant determined from FTIR and XRD respectively ...

Suppression of antistructural defects in crystals by an increased polarization of bonds

Philosophical Magazine B, 1984
Abstract Single crystals of Sb2-xInxTe3 (x = 0·0−0·4), Bi2-xInxTe3 (x = 0·0−0·4) and Bi2Te3-x (x = 0·0−0·1) prepared using a modified Bridgman method have had their lattice parameters, electrical conductivity and Hall coefficient determined. The concentration of free current carriers (holes), as calculated from the Hall coefficient, in Sb2-xInxTe3 and ...

Structure, morphology and adsorption properties of titania shell immobilized onto cobalt ferrite nanoparticle core

, 2020
A magnetic core-shell adsorbent was synthesized by immobilization of titanium dioxide nanoclusters on the cobalt ferrite nanoparticles. The synthesis was carried out using a modified Pechini sol-gel method with citric acid and ethylene glycol as ...
