Construction of anti-HER2 affibody-directed CAR-NK and its synergistic effects with doxorubicin-loaded nanodrug against HER2-positive breast cancer [PDF]

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology
IntroductionChimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-engineered T or natural killer (NK) cells are a promising approach for cancer immunotherapy. The leading region of the CAR structure is generally a single-chain antibody (scFv) fragment specific for a tumor ...

The Tomato Transcription Factor RAV Affects the Systemic Infection of TYLCV by Interacting With V2. [PDF]

open access: yesMol Plant Pathol
This study investigated the interaction between TYLCV V2 and tomato transcription factor SlRAV2: SlRAV2 enhances the RSS activity of V2 by strengthening its binding to 21‐nt ds‐siRNA, V2 enhances SlRAV2's SlPR1 promoter regulation and their interaction inhibits systemic spread of the virus from infiltrated leaves to systemic leaves.

Improving the Transduction Efficiency and Antitumor Effect of Conditionally Replicative Adenovirus by Application of 6-cyclohexyl Methyl-β-D-maltoside

open access: yesMolecules, 2023
As a tumor-targeting oncolytic adenovirus (Ad), conditionally replicating adenovirus (CRAd) can access the cell interior by binding to coxsackievirus-Ad receptors (CARs) and specifically replicate and destroy cancer cells without lethal effects on normal

Adaptive secure malware efficient machine learning algorithm for healthcare data

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, EarlyView., 2023
Abstract Malware software now encrypts the data of Internet of Things (IoT) enabled fog nodes, preventing the victim from accessing it unless they pay a ransom to the attacker. The ransom injunction is constantly accompanied by a deadline. These days, ransomware attacks are too common on IoT healthcare devices.

HPV18 E6 inhibits α‐ketoglutarate‐induced pyroptosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells via the P53/MDH1/ROS/GSDMC pathway

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, 2023
Oncogene E6 plays a critical role in the development and progression of esophageal cancer caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Alpha‐ketoglutarate (AKG) is a key metabolite in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and has been widely used as a dietary ...
