Transcriptomic Divergence and Associated Markers Between Genomic Lineages of Silver Catfish (<i>Rhamdia quelen</i>). [PDF]
We present transcriptomic divergence between two latitudinally distributed lineages of Rhamdia quelen, which could explain local adaptations and the speciation processes proposed in previous studies.
