1997Antioxidant biofactor (AOB®) is an unique processed grain food obtained from soybean, wheat, rice germ, rice bran, tear grass, green tea, sesame, citron, green leaves extracts and malted rice. These ingredients were degraded to low molecular weight compounds by roast and fermentation with Aspergilus oryzae (Fig. 1).
