Can Organic Amendments Override Environmental Filtering of Soil Microbiomes? Evidence From 20 Years Old Agricultural Field Trials in Contrasting Tropical Sites

Across four long‐term Kenyan maize trials, site was the dominant driver of microbial community composition and N‐cycling gene abundance. Among organic amendments, farmyard manure most strongly enriched copiotrophic taxa and raised prokaryotic diversity.

Intranasal Administration of an Arginine‐Enriched Penetratin Peptide Confers Neuroprotection via Mitochondrial Functional Modulation in a Genetic Parkinson's Disease Model

Intranasal PenArg achieved broad brain delivery and improved mitochondrial function in a UQCRC1‐mutant Parkinson's disease model. Chronic treatment preserved dopaminergic neurons, improved motor performance, reduced neuroinflammatory and systemic inflammatory responses, and attenuated skeletal muscle pathology.
