Annals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.Minimally invasive laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD) significantly improves long‐term nutritional outcomes compared to open pancreaticoduodenectomy (OPD). LPD patients demonstrated better preservation of muscle mass index (PMI) and a lower incidence of postoperative fatty liver.
