Aphid Parasitoids: Aphidiinae (Hym., Braconidae)
2021Various aspects of the knowledge on the aphid parasitoids (Hymenoptera, Aphidiinae) with regards to the biological control of pest aphids are presented. The aphidiines are exclusively associated with aphids and can be found in various natural and agro-ecosystems.

A survey of aphid parasitoids (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Aphidiinae) in Diyarbakır, Turkey
Phytoparasitica, 2003A list is given of aphid parasitoids found in Diyarbakir Province, Turkey. In the survey, performed between 1998 and 2000, 16 species of aphid parasitoids were found on different hosts in Diyarbakir Province.Monoctonus mali is reported for the first time in the Turkish aphid parasitoids fauna.

Are generalist Aphidiinae (Hym. Braconidae) mostly cryptic species complexes?
Systematic Entomology, 2015Abstract Aphidiinae are mostly composed of specialist parasitoids and the few species described as generalist are suspected to be composed of cryptic specialists, almost indistinguishable based on morphological characteristics.

Host range patterning of parasitoid wasps Aphidiinae (Hymenoptera: Braconidae)
Zoologischer Anzeiger, 2017Abstract Aphidiinae are exclusive endoparasitoids of aphids and together with particular plant species form tritrophic complexes. Parasitoid wasps show different levels of host specificity, which is a very important fact since they have been used in biological control programs. We present a new approach to aphid parasitoid host specificity applied on

Lysiphlebus Förster (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Aphidiinae) in Australia
Australian Journal of Entomology, 2001AbstractRecords are provided of the aphidiine parasites of aphids, Lysiphlebus fabarum (Marshall) and L. testaceipes (Cresson), parasitizing species of Aphis Linnaeus, Rhopalosiphum Koch and Toxoptera Koch in eastern Australia. Both species of Lysiphlebus were imported into Australia in 1982 for purposes of biological control, evidently with little or ...
