Kuwait Atrial Fibrillation Management Analysis—Insights From a Tertiary Center in Kuwait

Among patients with non‐valvular AF, rhythm control (RC) was pursued in 28.9%. RC was pursued for younger patients and those followed in electrophysiology clinics (33% vs. 5%, p < 0.001). 11.6% of patients received an underdosed DOAC. RC was underutilized in our study, falling short of international benchmarks and guideline recommendations.
